Our Kitchen

Trattoria Bella is a Furfaro family kitchen. We roll our pasta by hand each morning, simmer the sauces our grandmother taught us, and plate everything to be passed around the table and shared.

Nothing here is rushed. Just honest ingredients, time honored recipes and the warmth of a proper Italian welcome.

The Family

Three generations of the Furfaro family at one stove. Recipes carried from Italy, cooked the same patient way they always have been.

From the Sea

Lobster tail crowned with shrimp, octopus charred on the grill, sea bass over saffron risotto. The day's catch, cooked with the same patience as everything else.

The Table

Plates arrive built to share. Antipasti to pass, focaccia warm from the oven, and entrées that bring everyone a little closer together.

From a family dinner to a full celebration, we pack the same kitchen into half and full trays, ready to serve five or fifty.
